The ENGIMMONIA consortium is composed of 22 partners from 8 EU key countries having high value knowledge in all needed scientific and technological branches to cover the whole value chain towards the demonstration of ENGIMMONIA decarbonization technologies.

RINA is the ENGIMMONIA project coordinator, takes care of aspects related to replication and integration on
board of ENGIMMONIA technologies, also considering regulatory aspects and manages the communication and dissemination actions of the project.

The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is the oldest and most prestigious educational institution of Greece in the field of technology and has constantly contributed to the scientific, technical and economic development of the country since its foundation in 1836. NTUA acts as ENGIMMONIA scientific coordinator, providing assistance in the design and development of the ORC system, the evaluation of the integrated system performance and techno-economic
assessment comparing different solutions for various ship types.

The University of Genoa (UNIGE) is a teaching and research institution, in which academics, students and administrative and technical staff participate in the exercise of the respective competences, functions and responsibilities. The UNIGE Thermochemical Power Group was founded in 1998 and its overall mission is
to carry out theoretical and experimental research in the field of advanced energy systems. Within the ENGIMMONIA project, UNIGE is mostly involved in replication studies.

The Laboratory of Heat Transfer and Environmental Engineering (LHTEE) of Aristotle University Thessaloniki (AUTH) belongs to the Energy Section of the School of Mechanical Engineering since 1990. LHTEE’s research work focuses on the measurement and modelling of air pollution with emphasis on transport modes. AUTH role in ENGIMMONIA is strongly related to the modelling, testing and characterising the emission control systems for the ammonia engine.

TECNALIA Research and Innovation is a private, independent, non-profit applied research center of international excellence. Legally a Foundation, TECNALIA is the leading private and independent research organisation in Spain and one of the largest in Europe, employing around 1,445 people (225 PhDs) and with an income of 108 Million € in 2018. TECNALIA will face the design, manufacturing, testing of composite-based PV solutions
adapted to the maritime environment, for the provision of electricity necessary for auxiliary services and consumptions.
